Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will give you complete authority over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can forward e-mails from one email box account to another, set up e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your email mailboxes against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email mailbox accounts against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mail messages according to certain rules set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Simply choose the mailbox you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you want to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
